especially on the cheaper punch and crunch phenolic paper laminates.
The ink is very similar to Two Pack and is
screened in much the same way. The big difference is that this ink can
be quickly cured using ultra violet light [On a std UV curer the conveyer
runs between 3-6m/min ]. Its for this reason that the pigmentation
level tends to be lower. For the simple reason that the darker the ink
the harder it is for the light to penetrate and cure the ink.
