Our main services offered are all types of circuit board. S/S [Single
Sided], D/S [Double Sided], PTH [Plated Through Holes], M/L [Multi
Layer]. Extra thick copper, unusual laminate, however odd we will do our
best to source and manufacture to your specification.
We are happy to provide just photo plots, plain print and etch if you
want to drill and finish your own circuit board. We regularly rout out allsorts
of complicated shapes from our laminate. Fibre glass Christmas trees or
circuit boards, our NC machines will happily do either.
Along with all the standard types of PCB, we are always happy to
offer any supporting service that our processes support. We regularly
silk screen front panels and plastic boxes. Over the years we have
etched brass lamp shades, sun dials, and even train kits.
We are happy to assist with circuit design or layout. Along with programming the Microchip PIC's,
our favourite language is the C
compiler from CCS . If your project falls outside our in house
abilities we can easily locate an able bodied designer.
Not to mention circuit board assembly, small batches can be assembled
in house, or for larger batches we can either out source the
assembly or direct you to a tried and tested assembly house.
