Director Vicky Unwin:- |

| Attempting to resist the magnetic attraction of the family
firm Vicky spent her early working life as a fully trained dietitian. In
1996 she waved farewell to the health service and progressively took
over control of company sales from former Sales director and co founder
Peggy Unwin. Already having spent a great deal of childhood life
assisting within the company, it was an easy integration. Over the years
she has
performed practically every production process involved in the
manufacturing of PCBs. Without doubt, Vicky is far more qualified than most to oversee the
accurate quoting and order progression of circuit boards. |

| Managing
Director Roger Unwin:- |

| From
a very early age Roger has been dedicated to all things electronic, electric or mechanical. He excels in solving problems and finding out
how things work; a good example being when at the age of 16 he made his
own colour television in preference to buying one! He joined P&M
after leaving school and soon showed his expertise and natural ability
in all areas of production, spending much of his spare time designing
and installing improved production processes. As the then MD took a more
back seat role, Roger became progressively involved with customers as
the company saw his potential in offering technical assistance on a wide
variety of projects. With almost 30 years of experience Roger cannot be
faulted on his knowledge around PCBs, and keeps up to date on recent
research in related subjects. |

| Production
Manager Trevor Bentley:- |

| 2002 saw Trevor's welcome return to the company. Originally
as a customer he offered his technical and physical assistance in the
restoration and electrical conversion of our automatic electroless
plating line. Shortly afterwards he joined P&M, many years later a
sad break followed when he reverted back into both an electronic engineer
and customer again. Well acquainted with circuit design and board layout
he manages P&M front end processing of CAD and data files. Trevor's
is always happy to put his design and programming skills to good use,
should you wish to turn an electronic idea into a reality. |
